How to Manage Orders

You can view and manage all of the orders made through your e-commerce website under the “Orders” subtab under the “Products” tab in the left navigation menu.

• The list of all the order made will appear on the right side of the screen. It includes the client name, total order amount, shipping fees, order date, etc. The order list is colour-coded based on the order status. 
• Sort the orders by selecting one or more of the checkboxes at the top of the list.
• Print out or download the order list by clicking on the corresponding icon at the top of the list.
• Select the order and click on “Delete Selected” button at the top of the list to delete an order.
• You can view the order details by clicking on the “Details” icon to the right. Here, you will see the customer contact information, the products ordered, as well as the customer’s billing and shipping information. You can also update the order status here.
